C::Reactris
A downloadable game for Windows, Linux, and Android
"C::Reactris" is a free fan-made game that combines the gameplay of Tetris with the rich features of Minecraft.
The "C" in the title stands for various words such as "Chain" "Create" "Chaos" "Clear",
which are related to the game's mechanics and themes.
Two colons, which is actually four dots means four-cell tetromino used in Tetris, and it's also the scope resolution operator in C++.
"Reactris" is a combination of "React" and "tris", representing both the idea of reaction and the blocks in the game.
The game can also be referred to as "Minecraftris" or "C4R" for short.
Simple core gameplay: control the falling blocks, stack them up properly, and eliminate a row when it is filled;
Interesting additional mechanics: liquid flow, combustion explosion, day and night alternation, weather change...
Real-time updated game field: different mechanics combine with each other, bringing infinite unpredictability and chain reactions!

I love the concept of mixing Tetris and Minecraft. Good job Dev :-D. Here is my gameplay. Sorry I didn't use the BGM from the game. I didn't realize I record the game without audio... Hahaha... Silly me. X-D

Honestly, this might be better if it wasn't Minecraft, considering how loosely it connects sometimes
this is as far as i'm gonna be able to perfect this game as it is now
definitely having fun with the game, but i wish i'd be able to make my own block effects and such too (i've thought up multiple while playing through all the levels)
also, chaos-3 is actually impossible to perfect. i'm far from a bad tetris player, but even then i only barely managed to get the diamond block on chaos-2

It (C4R v.011) runs well on linux with current proton experimental.
It's the best spin on tetris since tritris, maybe even better than tritris.
Edit: also, it's a damn competent modern tetris, recognizing everything you expect and more (like j-spins) (edit edit: although you can't put an S/Z in a S/Z shaped hole via rotation)

this concept is actually amazing. it gets more and more complex gradually, making it fun to play for a long while! Amazing creation! I think next update must be focused on audio and sound design, because there was none currently.
